- Before using the App operated by us. This Agreement sets forth the legally binding terms and conditions for your use of the App. By accessing or using the App in any manner, including, but not limited to, visiting or browsing the App or contributing content or other materials to the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Capitalized terms are defined in this Agreement.
- To download, install, access or use the App, you must be 18 years of age or over.
Data Collection & Usage
- We'll collect your Avatar, Name, Email, Gender data if you sign in with facebook. We display your avatar, name and gender to others only in our app, we use your email to notify you our policy and terms update only, we use you gender to match people for you.
Retention of Chat Sessions
- To prioritize the privacy and security of our users, we have implemented a data retention policy concerning chat sessions. Effective from version 7.3.3, all chat sessions and their respective records will be stored for a duration of 7 days from the date of the conversation. After this 7-day period, the chat records will be automatically deleted from our servers, and will no longer be retrievable. This measure is taken to ensure minimal data retention and to provide our users with added peace of mind regarding their personal interactions within the app.
How to delete data that we collected?
- We'll delete your data manualy after review the destroy request which your send to our customer service email: [email protected].
Termination
- We may terminate your access to the App, without cause or notice, which may result in the forfeiture and destruction of all information associated with you. All provisions of this Agreement that by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability. There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users, we have the right to delete the objectionable content or abusive users.
Changes To This Agreement
- We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms of Service by posting the updated terms on the App. Your continued use of the App after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms of Service. Please review this Agreement periodically for changes. If you do not agree to any of this Agreement or any changes to this Agreement, do not use, access or continue to access the App or discontinue any use of the App immediately.
