Roomless Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Roomless, an application developed by Superlike. By downloading, accessing, or using Roomless, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Eligibility

You must be legally permitted to use Roomless and enter into these Terms in your country or region. If you use Roomless on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

Roomless features

Roomless may provide camera recording, real-time background blur, background replacement, color or image backgrounds, media saving, and related editing or export features. Features may change as the app develops, and availability may depend on your device, operating system, permissions, or region.

Device permissions

Some features require access to your camera, microphone, photo library, or device storage. You are responsible for granting only the permissions you choose and for understanding that disabling a required permission may prevent a feature from working.

Your content

You retain ownership of photos, videos, audio, backgrounds, and other content you create, select, or import into Roomless. You grant Roomless the limited permission necessary to process that content on your behalf and provide the feature you requested.

You are responsible for your content and for ensuring that you have the rights and permissions required to record, edit, save, or share it. Roomless does not grant you rights to third-party images, music, trademarks, people, locations, or other protected material.

Recording other people

Recording laws vary by location. You are responsible for obtaining any consent required before recording another person, private conversation, restricted location, or protected event. Do not use Roomless to record people unlawfully or without required notice or permission.

Acceptable use

You may not use Roomless to:

• Violate applicable laws or another person’s privacy, publicity, intellectual-property, or other rights.
• Create, distribute, or facilitate illegal, abusive, deceptive, exploitative, or harmful content.
• Attempt to bypass security, interfere with the app, introduce malicious code, or access systems without authorization.
• Reverse engineer, copy, resell, or commercially exploit Roomless except where applicable law expressly permits it.
• Misrepresent altered media in a way that is unlawful, fraudulent, or likely to cause harm.

Purchases and subscriptions

Roomless may offer paid features, one-time purchases, or subscriptions. Prices and available options will be displayed before purchase. Purchases made through Apple are billed and managed by Apple and are subject to Apple’s applicable payment, cancellation, and refund rules. Subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled through your Apple account settings before the applicable renewal deadline.

Third-party services

Roomless may interact with device services or third-party platforms that you choose for storage, backup, export, or sharing. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their independent practices.

Intellectual property

Roomless, including its software, design, branding, graphics, and other materials provided by us, is owned by or licensed to Superlike and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable right to use Roomless in accordance with these Terms.

Updates and availability

We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features, issue updates, or modify device requirements. We do not guarantee that Roomless or every feature will always be available, uninterrupted, or compatible with every device.

Disclaimers

Roomless is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Background detection, blur, replacement, recording, and exported media may contain visual or technical imperfections. You should review important recordings before relying on or sharing them.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Superlike and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost content, data, revenue, profits, or opportunities arising from your use of or inability to use Roomless. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of Roomless, your content, or your violation of these Terms or another person’s rights.

Termination

You may stop using Roomless at any time. We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect Roomless, users, third parties, or our legal rights, including when these Terms are materially violated.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms as Roomless develops or legal requirements change. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continuing to use Roomless after an update means you accept the revised Terms where permitted by law.
