Orbit Privacy Policy
Learn how Orbit handles events, widget content, photos, notifications, iCloud synchronization, diagnostics, and support information.
Effective date: August 1, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Orbit, an application developed by Superlike, handles information when you use the app or contact us.
Information used by Orbit
Orbit may process event names, dates, categories, notes, colors, photos, widget preferences, notification settings, and other information you choose to add. This information is used to create countdowns, count-up milestones, progress rings, calendars, timelines, and widgets.
Photos and notifications
If you choose a personal photo, Orbit may request photo-library access so you can select it for an event or widget. If you enable reminders, Orbit uses notification permission to alert you before or on a date you selected. You can change these permissions in device settings.
iCloud synchronization
If you enable features that use iCloud, Apple may synchronize Orbit information across devices signed in to your Apple account. Apple’s handling of iCloud data is governed by Apple’s terms and privacy policy.
Diagnostics and support
Orbit may receive limited technical information such as app version, device type, operating-system version, crash reports, and performance data. If you contact us, we may receive your email address, message, and any details or attachments you choose to provide.
How information is used
We use information to provide Orbit features, display widgets, deliver reminders, synchronize information at your direction, respond to support, diagnose problems, improve performance, and comply with applicable law.
Sharing and sales
We do not sell your personal information. Limited information may be processed by service providers that help operate, diagnose, or support Orbit, subject to appropriate obligations. We may disclose information when required by law or necessary to protect users, our rights, or the app.
Retention and deletion
Event information stored on your device or in your iCloud account remains subject to the controls available there. Support communications and technical records are retained only as reasonably necessary for support, security, legal compliance, and app improvement.
Your choices and rights
You can delete events in Orbit, manage photos and notification permissions in device settings, and manage iCloud through Apple settings. Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information we hold.
Children, changes, and contact
Orbit is not directed to children below the minimum digital-consent age in their jurisdiction. We may update this policy and will revise the effective date. Questions may be sent to [email protected].
