Orbit Terms of Use

Review the Orbit terms covering widgets, reminders, content, iCloud, purchases, availability, and liability.

Effective date: August 1, 2026

These Terms govern your use of Orbit, an application developed by Superlike. By using Orbit, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility and license

You must be legally permitted to use Orbit and enter into these Terms. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable right to use Orbit in accordance with these Terms.

Events, widgets, and reminders

Orbit may provide countdowns, count-up milestones, progress rings, widgets, calendars, timelines, notifications, customization, and synchronization. You are responsible for reviewing dates, reminder settings, and widget information. Orbit is not a substitute for an official calendar, alarm, deadline, or emergency reminder.

Your content

You retain ownership of event names, notes, photos, and other content you add. You grant Orbit the limited permission necessary to process and display that content for the features you request. You must have the rights to any content you use.

Acceptable use

Do not use Orbit unlawfully, interfere with the app, bypass security, introduce malicious code, reverse engineer the app except where law expressly permits, or infringe another person’s rights.

iCloud and third-party services

Features you choose may rely on Apple services such as iCloud, notifications, widgets, and App Store billing. Those services are governed by Apple’s applicable terms, availability, and privacy practices.

Purchases and subscriptions

Orbit may offer paid features, purchases, or subscriptions. Prices and applicable terms appear before purchase. Apple manages App Store billing, cancellation, subscription, and refund processes under its rules.

Availability and updates

We may change, update, suspend, or discontinue features and do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or compatibility with every device or operating-system version.

Disclaimers and liability

Orbit is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Superlike is not liable for missed events, notifications, deadlines, indirect damages, lost data, or consequential losses arising from use of Orbit.

Termination, changes, and contact

You may stop using Orbit at any time. We may restrict access when necessary to enforce these Terms, protect the app, or comply with law. We may update these Terms and will revise the effective date. Questions may be sent to [email protected].
