A private, on-device experience

NightPause is designed to process your bedtime goal, the apps you choose, and insights about late-night scrolling on your device. These details are used to provide reminders and patterns you request. NightPause does not sell this information.

Device access and notifications

NightPause may request system access needed to recognize activity in apps you select and deliver bedtime reminders. Apple controls the available permissions and settings. You can review or revoke access in device settings, although doing so may prevent related features from working.

Information you send to us

If you contact us, we may receive your email address, message, and any screenshots, diagnostics, or other details you voluntarily include. We use them to answer your request, investigate an issue, and improve NightPause.

Diagnostics and performance

NightPause may receive limited technical information, such as app version, device model, operating-system version, crash reports, and performance data. Where required, this information is handled according to your device choices and is used to maintain reliability and resolve errors.
